For instance, your root chakra physically corresponds to your genitals, tailbone, lower body, and feet. Since your feet correspond with your "grounding," both mentally and physically, it is only natural that when your root chakra is out of alignment, you don't feel grounded to or connected to the Earth and your place in it. 

This is why the root chakra is also responsible for your safety and security, and whether or not you are able to take care of your life as a whole. Some other chakras include the heart chakra, third eye chakra, and crown chakra. The more you know about each chakra, the more you will be able to get out of them. 

Implement games that help you get to know chakras

You can buy a chakra card game that will teach you more about these energy centers and how you can get the most out of them. These games are lighthearted and fun but will give you the chance to balance your energy through a series of exercises. By playing one of these card games on a regular basis, you will start to see your chakras as a system and not just a simple muscle that you exercise.

Always be sure that you're meditating, exercising, and living your life in a way that brings you peace and wellness. In this way, you will be able to keep your chakras open and find some balance. Following a spiritual practice with an open heart is one of the best ways to make this happen, so look into spiritual texts that will bring you insight and gratitude.
